This Dogwood Is Mainly Grown For It'S Yellow/Green Winter Stems And Looks Particularly Good in Winter Planted in Groups With Other Bark/Stem Coloured Dogwoods. White Flowers Appear in Spring And Early Summer And Are Followed By White Berries. The Foliage Is Plain Green But Takes On Hues Of Red And Orange in The Autumn. You Need To Chop This Back To The Main Trunk Each Or Every Second Or Third Spring To Encourage Fast Growing Coloured Shoots. If Left To Grow As A Large Shrub The Bark Will Take On A Brown Colouration With Shorter Less Stunning Coloured Stems. Plant in Full Sun To Part Shade With Moist But Well Drained Soil.
