This clump-forming, semi-evergreen perennial has oval, lance-shaped, green leaves with silver blotches. It produces beautiful clusters of pale opal-blue bells, that fade white as it matures. It blooms in the Spring season, from March to May. Position in areas of either full shade or partial shade and sheltered from the wind. Requires humus-rich, fertile, acidic to alkaline, moist but well-drained or well-drained soil such as; clay, chalk or loam.
