This is a clump-forming, deciduous perennial with large, heart-shaped, bluish green leaves and upright stems. In early Summer, it bears beautiful, funnel-shaped, silvery lilac flowers. Position in areas of partial shade and keep sheltered from cold, drying winds. Requires acidic to neutral, moist but well-drained or well-drained soil such as; clay or loam.
