This deciduous climber is native to Northern China . It bears small, trifoliate, green leaves on arching branches. In Winter and Spring, it produces beautiful, star-shaped, bright yellow leaves. Position in areas of either full sun or partial shade and keep in a sheltered spot. Requires acidic to alkaline, well-drained soil such as; chalk, clay, sand or loam.
