This is a low maintenance, clump-forming, semi-evergreen perennial that is native to SW China. It bears oval, veined, green leaves forming a basal rosette. In Summer, whorls of golden yellow, salver-shaped flowers appear. Position in areas of either full sun or partial shade. Requires acidic to neutral, fertile, moisture-retentive soil such as loam.
Ultimate height: 0.1-0.5 metres
Ultimate spread: 0.1-0.5 metres
This plant will take approx. 2-5 years to achieve its ultimate height.

Available as young plants in either 9cm or 1L pots.
