This semi-evergreen perennial/shrub is a brilliant pot plant due to its striking, vibrant blossoms and stylish yet robust habit! From May to September, it features beautiful, spherical clusters of cocktail coloured flowers, from bubble-gum pink and red through to orange and yellow, stunning!
If you are lucky enough to be in the part of the country to get migrant humming bird hawk moths then this plant will bring them back to your garden again and again, they love it! Butterflies and bees go mad for this too!
Over-winter keep sheltered in a frost-free shed or greenhouse to flower year after year. Position in full sun with a free-draining soil or compost. Proving to be quite root hardy in the South and South West of the UK if given a thick Winter mulch in well-drained soil.
