A fast growing, ground covering succulent with warty, mid-green, cylindrically pointed fleshy leaves. Masses of bright orange daisy like flowers are produced from late Spring to early Autumn. Said to be tender but we have found it to be reliably hardy in the South of England if given a well drained soil and full sun.
Ideal for ground cover, baskets, trailing over pots and walls, rockeries and coastal sites being both wind and salt tolerant. It is also drought resistant and can survive long periods without water. Maximum height is usually about 10cm with a spread of up to 2mtrs.
Sent as a young plant in a 9cm pot.
