Quartz is a mineral composed of silicon and oxygen atoms in a continuous framework of SiO4 silicon–oxygen tetrahedra, with each oxygen being shared between two tetrahedra, giving an overall chemical formula of SiO2. Quartz is the second most abundant mineral in Earth's continental crust. Geodes are hollow, vaguely circular rocks, in which masses of mineral matter, often crystals are secluded.
These are artificially coloured Mauve/ Pink & Purple often with flecks of gold. You can request colour as a note on your order details and we will try our best but we cannot guarantee it will be the colour you will receive.
Country of Origin: Morocco
Price is for a single full geode supplied as two matching halves similar to those pictured. Overall length of two halves when together approx 5 to 9cm long with varying widths and depths.
