Campanula poscharskyana Trailing Bellflower
CAMP-POSCH
Hot Plant Company
A low growing, spreading bellflower reaching a height of around 10cm with a 50cm spread. The rounded leaves form dense mounds and bear stems of star shaped light violet-blue flowers in summer and early autumn. Looks great tumbling over the edges of pots and walls, through a rockery or around stepping stones. Plant in a moist but well drained soil adding extra sharp sand and grit if required giving it full sun to part shade. Although it does tolerate part shade best flowering occurs in a full sun position. Once the old stems die back in autumn just give the whole plant a haircut and await a mass of new shoots to appear again in spring.
Available as young plants in either 9cm or 1L pots.
