Pyromorphite is a mineral composed of lead chlorophosphate: Pb5(PO4)3Cl. If found in sufficient quantities it has been mined as an ore of lead. It is very similar in structure and appearance to Mimetite and may be partially replaced by it. Identification between the two is pretty much impossible by eye and requires chemical analysis.
