Delivery and Payment

Please note that due to driver shortages orders may not leave until the day after they are marked as dispatched. We have been asked by several of our delivery companies to pre-book for collection the next day so they know what size van/lorry to send and when. Unfortunately once booked it automatically triggers the dispatch.

Orders can be placed via the website only. We no longer accept telephone orders and payment can be made by most Credit/ Debit cards and Paypal.

Plants are typically dispatched within 3 to 5 Working days but may be longer if we are between batches and waiting for new stock to come out of propagation. That is dispatch time only and excludes postage/transit time. Please allow 15 working days for delivery from the date of you placing the order including the dispatch time. If your plants do get delayed in the post and do not recover from their ordeal (most will recover within 24 to 48 hours some may need a week or so) then please let us know and we will happily get replacements dispatched. Please do not order if you are going to be away within the 15 day time period.

Postage/ Courier charge for mainland UK is a single charge of £5.90 however small or large the order. Sorry but due to Brexit we can no longer ship to the EU, NI or the Channel Islands.

Please check items for damages upon receipt and inform us of any damages ASAP, ideally within 24 hours so we can make a claim. Photographic evidence of damages may be required to help us make the claim.

Smaller orders will be sent by Royal Mail 48, fully tracked. Royal Mail should send you updates and tracking as your order progresses through the system, if they do not please email us for tracking details. If your order has not turned up within the stated delivery time after dispatch then please check areas around the outside of your house to see if the item has been left safe ( garden sheds, porch ways etc).. CHECK with other family members!!! It is becoming a regular event that we are getting missing order complaints to find out another household member has taken it in, put it somewhere and not communicated with the intended recipient. Check with your immediate neighbours to see if it has been left with them. ASK your postman. Also check the tracking on the Royal mail/Courier website, it usually shows a photo of where it has been left safe. Please do all this before making a missing order enquiry with us.

Delivery charges include handling fee and packaging materials.
