Probably the most cold hardy of the Kalanchoe's proving quite capable of tolerating down to -3c if the roots are dry. The rounded green leaves can be variable in colour but usually have a red-ish margin with a white powdery covering. Slowly spreading, forming small clumps up to 50cm in diameter and usually only growing to about 10cm in height.
Occasionally it will send out fast growing flower spikes reaching 1 meter in height with sweetly scented, yellow green, tubular flowers.
Grow in full sun with a well drained, sandy/ gritty soil/compost.
