A low growing, compact hebe usually reaching around 1mtr in height with a similar spread. Evergreen if kept frost free but may lose foliage in hard frosts. Seems to be reliably hardy in UK zone 9 gardens if grown in the ground but will require winter protection in colder areas or during severe winters. A profusion of purple/pink flowers are produced in summer and can often flower well into autumn, the flowers are nectar rich and loved by bees.
Full sun to part shade with moist but well drained, humus rich soil.
Sent as a young plant in a 10cm pot.
