A summer dormant, upright perennial that produces arrow-shaped, silky green leaves with white veins. In late summer to early Autumn and through the winter the new foliage emerges with a white flower spathe accompanied by inedible red berries in late winter to early Spring. Goes dormant from mid to late Spring until new growth starts in late summer. Position in areas of either full sun, partial shade or full shade and keep sheltered from the wind. Requires acidic to alkaline, well-drained soil such as loam, chalk or sand.

Sent as a young plant in a 9cm pot. May be cut back for shipping and will be sent as dormant plants in summer.
