This is a clump-forming, deciduous perennial with large, oval, veined, green leaves with creamy white margins. It produces beautiful upright racemes of pale purple bells, in Summer. Position in areas of partial shade and keep sheltered from cold, drying winds. Requires acidic to neutral, moist but well-drained or well-drained soil such as; clay or loam.
